SkyReels-V2 ships a licence named for its author
The card carries skywork-license. Unlike a borrowed community licence, this document and these weights come from the same company, so the name points at the party that can answer a question about it. As of 2026-09-22.
| Column | What the pages state |
|---|---|
| Licence, in the vendor's own words | skywork-license |
| The detail published beside it | The tag on the vendor's model card |
| Size, from the same pages | 1.3B, 5B and 14B variants |
Inclusion rule. The value this page is about, the detail the vendor attached to it, and the two columns that change how it should be read. A column the vendor left empty keeps its row and says so. Order. This column first, then its detail, then the two columns that qualify it.
1A bespoke licence has one advantage
Standard terms are cleared once and never again, which is their whole value. A bespoke licence has to be read, but when the author is also the publisher there is one party who wrote it, one party who can clarify it, and one place to look.
That is worth distinguishing from the case where a project applies somebody else's community licence to its own release and nobody in particular owns the answer.
2It has to cover several sizes at once
This family publishes 1.3B, 5B and 14B variants, so whatever the document says applies across a wide range of hardware and therefore across a wide range of users, from a single consumer card to a much larger machine.
One release in the register splits its terms by model size instead. Either arrangement is defensible; the reader's job is to find out which one they are in.
3What the register holds
The tag, the card it was read from, and the date. The terms themselves are not paraphrased here, because the paraphrase is what a reader would rely on and it is the part this register cannot stand behind.
Where a plan turns on redistribution or on selling output, the document has to be opened. The entry shortens the search to one page.
