No minimum is stated anywhere in the repository. What it publishes instead is a set of builds, distilled and fp8 beside the full 13B model, which is a hardware statement made by release engineering. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. The value this page is about, the detail the vendor attached to it, and the two columns that change how it should be read. A column the vendor left empty keeps its row and says so. Order. This column first, then its detail, then the two columns that qualify it.

1A variant list is evidence, not a value

An fp8 build exists because memory is the binding constraint for part of the audience. That is a real statement about hardware and it cannot be put in a column that holds gigabytes.

So the register records no figure and the variants appear in the size column. The information is on the page; it is not in the shape this column needs.

2Why no number is inferred

Half precision on 13B parameters is arithmetic anyone can do, and the answer would be wrong. Activations, the autoencoder, the text encoder and the framework all sit outside that calculation.

The nearest comparable row publishes 6GB for a similar count, which is far below any naive estimate. The arithmetic fails in both directions.

3The length claim raises the stakes

This family states support for up to 60 seconds of video, which is the longest figure in the register by a wide margin. Long clips are where memory grows fastest.

So the missing figure matters more here than on a release that produces five seconds. A reader planning a minute of output has the least guidance where they need the most.
