1Sixty seconds is a change of category

Most published video weights are documented around clips of a few seconds, which makes them shot generators. A stated minute puts a scene inside one call, and changes what a pipeline has to assemble.

It is the vendor's own claim in its own release notes, and the register records it as that rather than as a tested result.

2Stated on one build

The figure names LTXV-13B. Whether the distilled and fp8 variants published beside it reach the same length is not addressed anywhere, so the claim covers the largest build only.

For a reader choosing a build to fit their hardware, that is the value that would have mattered most and the one the release notes leave open.

3Three empty columns around it

No frame size, no frame rate and no memory figure. A minute of video at an unstated resolution on unstated hardware is a claim with nothing to bound it.

Long output is also where memory grows fastest, so the missing figure matters more here than on a five-second release. The entry keeps the claim and the three gaps.
