Published video-model weights, licences and hardware notes

SkyReels-V2 gives 14.7GB and 51.2GB at 540P

The repository states about 14.7GB peak VRAM for a 540P video on the 1.3B model and around 51.2GB for the same 540P on the 14B. One output size, two model sizes, two figures. As of 2026-09-22.

Inclusion rule. The value this page is about, the detail the vendor attached to it, and the two columns that change how it should be read. A column the vendor left empty keeps its row and says so. Order. This column first, then its detail, then the two columns that qualify it.

1Why this pair can be compared

Both figures are at 540P. Elsewhere in the register a second figure changes the resolution and the model at once, which makes the two numbers describe different runs and not a difference.

This is the shape a hardware column wants: one thing varied, everything else stated. It is also the shape almost nobody publishes.

2A tenfold count for three and a half times the memory

From 1.3B to 14B the parameters rise by roughly a factor of ten and the peak memory by roughly three and a half. Weights scale with the count; activations scale with the frame.

The ratio is a measurement of this family at this output size. Applying it to another release would be the kind of derivation the register exists to avoid.

3Length is documented separately and generously

The same pages carry a frame table: 257 frames for ten seconds, 377 for fifteen, 737 for thirty and 1457 for sixty. No memory figure is attached to the longer entries.

So the controlled comparison covers the model size and stops. What sixty seconds costs on either variant is not something this row settles.

Every figure above is the vendor's own, taken from huggingface.co/Skywork on 2026-09-22 with nothing measured here. The rest of the release is on its family entry, the whole column is on hardware, and all memory figures together are on requirements. Nearby: Eight H100s or one 4090, 32.54 GB, three architectures.
