SkyReels-V2: what the repository publishes
SkyReels-V2 publishes 1.3B, 5B and 14B variants under a licence tagged skywork-license, and states peak VRAM for the same 540P output twice: about 14.7GB on the 1.3B, around 51.2GB on the 14B. Longer clips are published as frame counts. As of 2026-09-22.
| Field | What is stated | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Licence | skywork-license | The tag on the vendor's model card |
| Size | 1.3B, 5B and 14B variants | Published across several model types |
| Hardware | About 14.7GB peak on the 1.3B at 540P | Around 51.2GB for the same 540P on the 14B |
| Resolution | 544 x 960 at 540P, 720 x 1280 at 720P | Stated with the frame counts they run at |
| Length | 1457 frames for a 60s video | Frames against seconds, in the vendor's own table |
Inclusion rule. The same five fields for every family here. A field the repository does not state is recorded as not stated rather than estimated from the parameter count. Order. Fixed field order, identical on every family page.
1The same output size, three and a half times the memory
About 14.7GB for a 540P clip on the 1.3B model, around 51.2GB for a 540P clip on the 14B. The frame size is held constant and the memory moves by a factor near three and a half, which isolates the variable that most rows in this register leave tangled up with resolution.
It also hands a reader a decision rather than a threshold. Both figures produce frames of the same size, so the question becomes what the extra memory buys in quality, and that is a question no published figure answers and only a trial can.
2Clip length published as a lookup table in frames
The repository lists frame counts against durations: 257 frames for a 10-second video, 377 for 15 seconds, 737 for 30 and 1457 for 60. The conversion is the vendor's own, so both units are recorded here and neither is derived by this register.
Long generation in this family is described as a separate mode rather than as a longer run of the default one. The register keeps that distinction, because a length reached by a different technique is a different claim from a length the base model simply accepts.
3A licence named after the company, across a family with three sizes
The model card carries skywork-license. Like the other vendor-written licences in this register the name conveys nothing about the terms, and unlike the split case here there is no indication that the terms change between the 1.3B and the 14B.
Recording it as a name keeps the row honest in both directions. It does not imply the terms are restrictive and it does not imply they are permissive; the file is one click from the row and that is where the answer lives.
